At Fireside Hearth & Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new hearth accessory or home decor doesn't perfectly suit your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate your transaction and click the 'Request Return' button to begin the process.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
